The High Court has given one month relief from arrest to Shankaracharya Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati. Meanwhile, Ashutosh Brahmachari, who filed the case against him, has expressed disappointment over the High Court hearing. Ashutosh Brahmachari says that despite such a big crime and such a big incident, the court has given him relief.
Ashutosh Brahmachari gave a big statement, “We were not even heard. Those small children were not heard and their screams were not heard. This is the routine of Kalyug. We, brother, are folding our hands today. Our children are scared.”
He further said, “We were informed at 10:30 pm, how could we go to the court. The next day we are in danger, we are roaming secretly. We have not been given police protection, we have not been given anything. How do we file our appeal? Our reply has not been filed and this is an ex-parte order that has been issued.”
‘We cannot fight such a big man’- Ashutosh Brahmachari
Referring to Shankaracharya’s supporters, Ashutosh Brahmachari said, “After the orders, they are playing drums, throwing gulal and threatening us. They are making us try to lift our batukas. Today we brothers are folding our hands, we cannot fight such a big man.”
Ashutosh claims, “Avimukteshwaranand has a lawyer, money and leaders too. He will get us killed. We fold our hands. It is clearly written in Section 19 of the POCSO Act that our job is to give information, now the further work will be looked after by the police and the honorable court. We fold our hands, don’t get us killed.”
Not only this, he further claimed, “Our small Batuks are scared of the night. We fold our hands. Our vehicle was attacked, an attempt was made to lift the children, an attempt was made to snatch the Batuks, a fake list was released on social media, a case was registered, till now the police has not even made a map and no arrest has been made.”
‘Police are not listening to us’- Ashutosh Brahmachari
Ashutosh Brahmachari claimed that the police were not listening to him. He said, “Avimukteshwarananda filed a false case that my lawyer was threatened and a man was arrested and sent to jail. Whose police is here? The police is not even listening to us. The police is not even giving us security, how will we get justice?”
He said, “We have taken a decision today in front of Mata Rani Shakumbhari Devi that we fought as much as we had to. We are scared as to how to go to the court, there is a crowd of Avimukteshwaranand’s lawyers clinging to us.”
Accusations were also made against the leaders
Ashutosh Brahmachari says that many leaders are threatening him from morning till evening. Socialist people are abusing him. Someone is saying to pick him up, threats are coming on the phone.
