Keeping in view the upcoming assembly elections 2027 in Uttarakhand, Bharatiya Janata Party has this time adopted a comprehensive and aggressive strategy at the organizational level. With the aim of returning to power for the third consecutive time, BJP has for the first time started a large-scale training campaign up to the mandal level. Under this, workers in 304 divisions of the state will be given training on seven major subjects.
This training is being organized under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign’. Mandal level training includes important subjects like booth management, organization’s working methodology, work expansion, ideological establishment, communication skills and election strategy. The special thing is that an overnight stay has also been included in this training, so that better coordination and team spirit can be developed among the workers.
More than 10 training camps will be organized
BJP’s strategy is not limited to the mandal level only. Training will be conducted on more than 10 topics at the district level, which will include a two-night stay. There will be more detailed training programs at the state level, in which provision for three nights’ stay has been made. The objective of the party is clear – to strengthen the organization at every booth and establish direct contact with every voter.
Camp for leaders and workers coming from outside also
BJP has also made a special plan for those leaders and workers who have joined the party from other parties. Separate training classes will be organized for all such people, in which they will be introduced to the ideology, work culture and election strategy of the organization. The party believes that if new workers understand the organizational structure well, they will be able to play a more effective role in the elections.
Organization will be strengthened till booth level
State President Mahendra Bhatt said that to ensure a landslide victory in the upcoming assembly elections, a training program has been started for the first time up to the mandal level. He said that these training sessions organized on a large scale will strengthen the hold of the workers up to the booth level and the achievements of the Central and State Government will be effectively conveyed to the general public. It is clear that BJP considering organizational strength as the key to electoral success, has started extensive preparations at the grassroots level.
