Team India’s star wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan has taken a huge leap, getting the reward of his excellent form, while Sikandar Raza has also achieved the throne just before the big match against Zimbabwe. 27-year-old Ishaan has emerged as India’s most reliable batsman in this World Cup. Ishaan, who scored two scintillating half-centuries in 5 matches, has now moved up 3 places to become the world’s number 5 T20 batsman. He now has 742 rating points in his account.

On the other hand, the last week was a bit dull for India’s Abhishek Sharma. Despite scoring only 15 runs in 4 matches of the tournament, he has been successful in saving the number 1 position, although his rating points have fallen to 877.
