Complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari made a new revelation and said that CEO Prakash Upadhyay, who looks after the functioning of the Math, is also involved in the sexual exploitation of minor Batukas. Ashutosh Brahmachari has alleged that it was Prakash Upadhyay who used to bring Batukas from flood affected states and send them to Swami Avimukteshwaranand along with Mukundananda in the name of Guru Seva.
Before this, a name of Arvind was also revealed to be involved in this, Ashutosh had said that Arvind is the guru brother of Swami Avimukteshwaranand. Ashutosh Maharaj has also alleged that some big leaders of SP and Congress are also involved in this but he has not disclosed the name of any leader. He has said that when the time comes, the names of the leaders will also be revealed. Ashutosh Brahmachari said that the statement of both the minor Batukas has been recorded in the POCSO court today under section 183 of BNS.

Ashutosh Brahmachari has said that the medical examination of both the Batukas has also been done, he has alleged that sexual harassment has also been confirmed in the medical examination. He said that not only the two minor Batuk but about 20 other victims are in contact with him. He has alleged that sexual exploitation of minor children was taking place from Magh Mela to Varanasi Math, Badrinath Dham and Narsingh Ashram in Jabalpur.
