After this, BSNL hurriedly canceled this order on 20th February. BSNL Director Vivek Bansal’s visit was proposed on 25th and 26th February, but after the controversy over protocol, the visit was also cancelled.

A protocol regarding this was issued by BSNL on 19 February. However, after the order was criticized on social media, both the order and the tour were cancelled. Now the officer who issued this order has also been transferred.
