According to the report, Rinku Singh’s father Khanchand Singh is suffering from the fourth stage of liver cancer and his condition is critical. He has been admitted to a hospital in Greater Noida.
The Indian team suffered a big setback before the Super 8 match against Zimbabwe in the ICC T20 World Cup. The team’s star finisher Rinku had reached Chennai with the team on Monday 23 February. India has to play Super 8 match here on Thursday. Rinku Singh left the city on Tuesday morning to go to his father, who is on life support.
