Pankaj Dixit has claimed that Ashutosh Pandey, who has made serious allegations against Jagatguru Avimukteshwarananda Maharaj, himself has a long and very serious criminal history. He said that considering the old record of the complainant, many questions arise in this case and this entire incident appears to be a well-planned conspiracy. He said that cases have been registered against Jagatguru Rambhadracharya’s disciple Ashutosh Pandey alias Ashutosh Brahmachari in the past under many serious sections. These include illegal extortion, fraud and other criminal activities.
‘Ashutosh Brahmachari was sent to jail in bribery case’
He specifically mentioned an old case from Gonda district, where he told that Ashutosh Pandey was caught allegedly trying to take or give bribe in a sting operation conducted by the then SP Navneet Rana. After this operation he was arrested and sent to jail. This case is said to be related to extortion of trucks related to cow slaughter or related illegal activities.
A case was filed against Ashutosh Brahmachari in Swaroop Nagar police station of Kanpur.
Interestingly, at that time Pankaj Dixit himself was associated with Ashutosh Pandey in an organization like Rashtriya Brahmin Yuvjan Sabha. At that time Pankaj Dixit was posted as the state president of the organization and Ashutosh Pandey was the national president of the organization at that time.
Pankaj Dixit had warned people about Ashutosh Brahmachari
According to Pankaj, due to his illegal activities in the organization and behavior that tarnished the image of the organization, he was shown the way out of the organization. After which the organization unanimously promoted Advocate Pankaj Dixit from State President to National President. After this, Pankaj had also warned people in a press conference that they should not fall into the trap of Ashutosh Pandey and should not trust his words. He has been thrown out of the organization.

Pankaj Dixit told that many cases are registered against Ashutosh Pandey in other districts of UP, which include cases related to cow slaughter, intimidation, fraud and organized crime. He claimed that Ashutosh Pandey was earlier involved in such activities under the patronage of a Minister of State of the SP government, due to which there was a dispute between the two. Now that he has filed a case against Adi Guru Shankaracharya under the POCSO Act, the case seems suspicious considering his own criminal background.

He said that in order to maintain unity and respect in the Sant Samaj, the background of such people should not be ignored, who have themselves been embroiled in controversies, who themselves have dozens of serious cases registered against them. How can those criminals make such baseless and serious allegations against the Sant Samaj.
Pankaj Dixit claims that the reality will become clear as soon as the truth comes out. He claimed that Ashutosh Pandey often does such things in the name of being in the news in the media and seeking fake security from the government. At present, who is truthful and who is liar in connection with this allegation will become clear only after the final police investigation.
