The family of the deceased employee had to run to court for 46 years to prove two names of one father for family pension. In the service records of the employee, the spelling of Shikhar is S.H.I.K.HAR and in the application form of the petitioner, it is written as S.H.E.K.HAR, in which there was a difference between I and E. Now Allahabad High Court has ordered the Municipal Commissioner of Kanpur Municipal Corporation to pay the family pension within a week. Warned that if the order is not complied with, the Municipal Commissioner will have to personally appear in the court on 26th February.
