Khakri factory issue raised in assembly

BJP MLA Govind Singh Sharma Raised the issue of misuse of land in Hakari Sugar Factory of Burhanpur. Minister on this Vishwas Sarang Responding, he said that the matter has been investigated, in which serious irregularities have come to light. The investigation report has been received and strict action will be taken against the guilty officials.

Questions on setting up industries in districts, government reveals new industrial plan

In the Assembly, Congress MLA Sena Mahesh Patel cornered the government on the issue related to Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment Department. He raised questions on the figures of establishment of industries and employment generation in the districts, saying that in response to his question wrong figures have been presented and clear policy information has also not been given.

On this, Minister Gautam Tetwal replied that there are a total of 12,550 living registrations in Alirajpur district. To promote the establishment of industries and employment generation in the state, the state government has implemented ‘Industry Promotion Policy 2025’ under the Investment Promotion Department. He said that all interested youth register themselves on the employment portal.

The minister also informed that industrial area is being developed on 6 hectares of land in Chhaktala Kala of Alirajpur district. Apart from this, industrial area has been constructed on 21.3 hectare land in Sejwada, Tehsil Chandrashekhar Azad Nagar.

Question on payment of Registrar, Minister said – everything is as per rules.

Chhatarpur. The issue of alleged financial irregularities in Maharaja Chhatrasal Bundelkhand University echoed in the Assembly. BJP MLA Lalita Yadav alleged that crores of rupees were paid by the Registrar without the administrative approval of the government. He raised the question whether the Registrar can make payment up to Rs 40 crore without approval.

On this, Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar replied that on the basis of the proposal of the Executive Council of the University, Rs 17 crore was sanctioned for the construction of Vice Chancellor’s residence and administrative building and Rs 10 crore 50 lakh was sanctioned for the construction of boundary wall, gate and guard room. Thus, a total amount of Rs 27 crore 50 lakh was paid by the university to the Public Works Department (PIU), District Chhatarpur. The Minister clarified that this payment has been made by the Registrar as per the rules. If anyone has any objection to the process then the matter can be investigated.

Big revelation in Assembly regarding Tantya Bhil University

A big revelation has been made in the Assembly regarding Tantya Bhil University. Congress MLA Dr. Jhuma Solanki raised questions regarding the condition of teachers in the university. He asked how many posts are currently filled, how many are vacant and by when will recruitment be done on the vacant posts.

Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said in a written reply that agriculture, arts, commerce (computer) and science (computer) courses are offered at the undergraduate level in the university. Economics course is being run at postgraduate level.

The minister said that 80 posts of assistant professor, 40 of associate professor and 20 of professor are sanctioned in the university. Thus, a total of 140 academic posts are sanctioned, but at present all the posts are vacant.

He said that at present some teachers are working on deputation. The Executive Council has not yet been formed in the University, hence the recruitment process is under the jurisdiction of the Vice Chancellor. It is not possible to tell the exact time frame for filling up the posts, however, the recruitment process will be completed in 4 to 5 months.

Allegations of irregularities in livelihood mission, Congress MLA raised the matter

In the Assembly, Congress MLA Ram Siya Bharti raised the issue of irregularities in the livelihood mission operated in Chhatarpur district. He alleged that in the Ganesh distribution work, officials used pressure to get work done by their favorites and large scale irregularities were committed. MLA Bharti said that the investigation of the case has not been done based on time limit, due to which questions are being raised on transparency. He demanded the government to set a clear time limit and conduct an impartial investigation.

On this, Minister Prahlad Patel replied that the investigation of Chhatarpur case will be completed by February 28. Further payment will be processed only after the investigation report comes. The minister clarified that the investigation report will be submitted by the district level committee by February 28. If anyone is found guilty in the investigation, strict action will be taken against him and the concerned member will also be informed about the action.

State Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla also targeted Rahul Gandhi. He alleged that Rahul Gandhi works to spread confusion and is coming to Madhya Pradesh for this purpose. Kansana sarcastically said that he does not even know how big an ear of wheat is and lacks basic information about the crops. It is clear that it has had a negative impact on the market. He raised the question that what will be the future of mustard, soybean and cotton farmers of Madhya Pradesh? If the support price (MSP) decreases and market prices keep falling, how will farmers survive? He said that this is not an issue of just one state but of the entire country.
