After being shot, Tyson was immediately rescued and airlifted and admitted to the Army Command Hospital in Udhampur. According to army officials, his condition is stable and better treatment is going on.

Security forces got a major success on Sunday in Chatru of Kishtwar district in Jammu and Kashmir. Three terrorists including a top Pakistani commander of Jaish-e-Mohammed were killed in a fierce encounter in the dense forest. The security forces completely destroyed the terrorists by firing rockets at their hideout (Dhok). A terrorist’s skull was completely blown off in the blast. The bodies of the three terrorists have been completely burnt and have been recovered. One of them is suspected to be terrorist commander Saifullah, carrying a reward of Rs 10 lakh. Two AK-47 rifles and a huge quantity of war material have been recovered from the encounter site. Indian Army’s dog Tyson played a big role in the success of this operation. If Tyson had not revealed the exact location of the terrorists, this operation would have continued much longer.
