A case of rape of a 7 year old innocent girl has come to light in Mumbai. This matter is related to the area of Park Site Police. The police took immediate action and registered a case against the 52-year-old accused under Section 65(2) of BNS and POSCO Act and arrested him and presented him in the court.
According to the information, the court sent the accused to police custody. Police said that the investigation of the case is going on and every activity of the accused is being investigated in detail.
Young man raped the girl
According to the information received from the police, the mother of the victim girl works in a private company. As usual, when the mother goes to office, she leaves her daughter at her relative’s place. Like every day, the girl was at her relative’s house. Seeing the opportunity, the relative’s neighbor started talking about getting chocolate for the girl. On the pretext of getting chocolate, the accused took the girl with himself and did obscene acts with her.
Police arrested the accused on the complaint of the victim
After the incident, when the girl reached home crying at night, she complained of stomach ache. After that they took her to the nearest clinic where the doctor checked her and said that something wrong had happened with the girl. When the girl’s mother asked, she told that the uncle next door had done something wrong with her. The victim’s mother told all the information about the incident to the police at the nearby police station.
Here, seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police registered a case against the accused on the basis of the complaint of the victim’s mother. The accused was also arrested. The police is interrogating the accused youth.
