In Amethi, Uttar Pradesh, police had an encounter with cow slaughterer Junaid Ahmed in the cow slaughter case. In this encounter, vicious Gaukash Ahmed was shot in the leg, who has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. After interrogation, the police also arrested 5 other associates of Junaid, who along with Junaid used to carry out the incident of cow slaughter. A pistol, two live cartridges, a bike and cow slaughter equipment have also been recovered from Junaid. At present, the police has started legal proceedings in the entire matter.
As soon as the information about the escape of vicious criminal Junaid was received, the police surrounded him.
Actually, this whole matter is of Gandnala Semrauta road of Inhauna police station area, where Inhauna police station got information that the vicious cow slaughterer wanted in the case of cow slaughter in Karangaon of the police station area is trying to escape somewhere. As soon as the information was received, the police came into action, reached the spot and started cordoning off the cow slaughter. JAIS and Mohanganj police stations were also called to the spot for backup.
Seeing himself surrounded, Junaid started firing at the police and in the retaliatory firing, criminal Junaid was shot in the leg, due to which he got injured. The injured has been admitted to the hospital for treatment, where he is undergoing treatment. The forensic team has also collected evidence from the spot. After interrogation, the police have also arrested 5 other associates of Junaid from different places, who along with him used to carry out the incident of cow slaughter.

On the whole matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Gyanendra Kumar Singh said that there was an encounter with a cow on Gandnala Semrauta road of Inhauna police station area. In the retaliatory firing by the police, the cow slaughterer was shot in the leg and was admitted to the hospital for treatment.
