The dog was throwing that garbage on the roadside. The surprising thing was that it was seen in the same camera which was installed by the administration so that people who throw garbage illegally on the roadside could be caught.

Police have shared about this case on the official Facebook page of Catania. He has also shared a video in which the dog is holding foil on the road. Then he throws it on the side of the road. The police concluded that the dog’s owner must have taught it to do this so that the person himself does not come in front of the camera. Now if it is a dog, then obviously it cannot be put in jail. The police called this action very clever but also considered it wrong.

According to Italian law, the fine for throwing garbage outside without permission ranges from Rs 1.6 lakh to Rs 19 lakh.
