Nepal beats Scotland in ICC T20 World Cup
New Delhi: Due to the stormy batting of Deependra Singh Ari and the lethal bowling of Sompal Kami, Nepal defeated Scotland by 7 wickets in the 33rd match of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. In this match played at Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai, Scotland batted first after losing the toss and scored 170 in the stipulated 20 overs. In response to this score of Scotland, Nepal team won the match by scoring 171 runs in 19.2 overs.
In this way, the Nepal team ended its campaign of the tournament with a win. Nepal has won the T20 World Cup after 12 years. Kusal and Asif made a strong start
In batting for Nepal, opener batsmen Kusal Bhurtel and Asif Sheikh gave a strong start to their team. Nepal’s bowling was also strong
