Doing this is not just for one day, it has become a routine for the whole year.
The first thing after waking up at 3 in the morning is to take bath and meditate. After that he goes out for a walk of three to four kilometers with his friends. After coming home, do yoga and exercise for about an hour. Even at the age of 96, he does the toughest yoga. Which today’s youth cannot do. After that they sit and laugh with the family members. The banter lasts for about an hour. Doing this is part of their daily routine. Sometimes we cycle for five to 10 kilometers and also walk. This hard work is the main state to keep them healthy.
What special do you take in food?
Surya Dev Prasad never ate much food, he consumed only that much food. Which is easily digested and does not contain much oil or spices in the food. Nor do they consume much milk or fruits. Eat green vegetables, pulses, rice and roti available nearby. Take a glass of milk in the evening.
Surya Surya Dev Prasad from Local 18 told that I can read a book easily even without wearing glasses, I wake up around 3:00 in the morning. After that I drink one to two glasses of lukewarm water. After walking around for some time or after working, I go to the toilet. After showering, I take bath around 3:45. I meditate for 10 to 15 minutes. After that I go out for a walk. It is in my routine to do yoga exercises every day after walking three to four kilometers. After that I read some books. After reading the book, I chat and joke with my family members for some time.
No problems regarding health
He told that there are too many cars in my house. But that’s why I ride a bicycle. So that I maintain my fitness, this happens every day. I have been in touch with the saints since the beginning. Because of which all this has become part of my daily routine. And this is the reason why even today I am completely healthy. I have no problem regarding health. I take farm vegetables and home-made milk for food. This is why I am completely healthy.
