
The police have solved the mystery of blind murder in Malira village adjacent to the city of Muzaffarnagar in the western northern district within just 24 hours. In the case of brutal murder of a young man named Sandeep that took place on Saturday night, the police have arrested his wife Meenakshi and his cousin brother (boyfriend) Gautam alias Saurabh. The wife, blinded by love, hatched a shocking conspiracy to remove her own husband and killed him.
Disclosing the matter, SP City Satyanarayan Prajapat said that deceased Sandeep’s wife Meenakshi was having an illicit relationship with her own cousin brother Gautam for a long time. Sandeep was against this relationship, due to which both of them decided to remove him from the way.

SP City Satyanarayan Prajapat said that, as per the plan, on Saturday night, Meenakshi first made Sandeep unconscious by giving him intoxicating pills in his food. When he became completely unconscious, Meenakshi and Gautam hit him hard on his head, face and neck with a hammer and put him to death.
Dead body loaded on bike and thrown in the forest
After committing the murder inside the house, the accused did not panic but tried to destroy the evidence. Both the accused loaded Sandeep’s body on the bike in the middle of the road and threw it in the forest near the village. Returning home, he changed his blood-stained clothes and hid the ala-katla (hammer). When Sandeep’s body was recovered on Sunday morning, the police registered a case on the complaint of the family members and formed two teams under the leadership of ASP.
The accused reached behind the bars within 24 hours
On the basis of suspicion, when the police strictly interrogated wife Meenakshi and Sandeep’s cousin Gautam, both of them broke down and confessed to their crime. The police have recovered the hammer used in the murder and blood stained clothes at the behest of the accused. SP City said that both the accused have been arrested and they are being produced before the Honorable Court. The police team is being appreciated for this quick action.
