The doors of Kedarnath temple will be opened for the devotees at 8 am on 22nd April in Taurus ascendant. This was announced after ritual worship at Omkareshwar Temple, Ukhimath, the winter seat.
As soon as the announcement was made, there was immense enthusiasm among the devotees and preparations for the yatra have intensified. This year T Gangadhar Linga has been appointed the chief priest of Baba Kedarnath Dham. The temple committee and local arrangement team are busy making preparations for the smooth journey and safe darshan of the devotees.
