Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has approved the proposal to form a Campaign Committee and Manifesto Committee of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee for the upcoming assembly elections with immediate effect. The Congress President has given the responsibility of chairman of the campaign committee to Ramesh Chennithala. Dr. Shashi Tharoor has been made co-chairman, Shafi Parambil has been made convenor, Hibi Eden, Rosie M John, C.R. Mahesh, Mathew Kuzhalnadan, Ramya Haridas, M. Liju, Deepti Mary Varghese have been made members of the committee. The charge of Chairman of the Manifesto Committee has been given to Benny Behanan and the charge of Co-Chairman to Kodikkunnil Suresh. Dean Kuriakose and Advocate JB Mather have been made members of the committee.
