Questions raised on law and order
Incidents of murder in broad daylight in busy areas of the city indicate that criminals are committing crimes without fear. Although the police have taken prompt action in most of the cases and arrested the accused, the increasing frequency of crimes is raising serious questions on law and order. Citizens demand that security arrangements and patrolling in the capital should be further strengthened, so that people’s confidence can be restored.
