During the hearing in the Employment Tribunal, it was found that Rowena had faced gender discrimination 25 times. She then worked at Wimbledon Signal Center in South-West London. He told that the male employees used to watch objectionable films and talk in the office and once an objectionable toy was also waved in front of them. But apart from these things, she was quite worried about one more thing, that was her habit of burping. Many male colleagues used to sit next to him and burp continuously. Once a co-worker burped continuously for 15 minutes and she had to ask if he was okay!

Woman filed case, got compensation of Rs 2 crore
Many times men used to put objectionable pictures as wallpaper on their office computers. But he appealed against that decision in the court and then Network Rail admitted its mistake and compensated him for the mental stress and discrimination, which is more than Rs 2 crore.
