All the electricity workers of the state will participate in the nationwide strike to be held on Thursday in protest against the Privatization and Energy (Amendment) Bill. Officials of the Electricity Employees Joint Struggle Committee said that on February 12, electricity workers will protest in all the districts and projects. Reaching Shakti Bhawan headquarters in Lucknow at 12 noon, a demonstration will be held with slogans of withdrawing privatization and oppressive action and stopping retrenchment of contractual workers.
Employees will get leave only through Manav Sampada Portal – Chief Secretary
Chief Secretary SP Goyal has ordered to make mandatory registration of all personnel on Manav Sampada Portal. In the government order issued, he has said that all the heads of departments should ensure that the registration of the personnel under them and approval of leave is done through the portal only.
Instructions for honorarium payment before Holi
Instructions have been given to pay honorarium to all the employees working under the National Health Mission before Holi. Mission Director Dr. Pinky Joel has said in a letter sent to all the District Magistrates and Chief Medical Officers that the honorarium of all the employees should be decided on the basis of their attendance on 20th February. The portal should be updated by 25th February so that honorarium can be paid before Holi.
