The Prime Minister continued to attack it continuously, but yesterday he announced a ‘One Time Payment’ of Rs 10,000 to the women of Bihar, that too a few days before the code of conduct came into force. This is clearly a step of frustration.
Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that the women of Bihar understand this ‘vote Revdi’ well. He claimed that the countdown of the Bihar government has started. Nitish Kumar has now become a past and Prime Minister Modi will also become a past when the election results come.
Virtual launch of Chief Minister Mahila Employment Scheme
In fact, Prime Minister Modi on Friday launched the virtual of the Chief Minister Mahila Employment Scheme. Under this scheme, 75 lakh women have been given initial financial assistance of Rs 10,000 for self -reliance and employment activities. The scheme provides that in the event of a successful enterprise, the woman can get assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh.
The NDA government has started this scheme of Rs 7,500 crore for the economic empowerment of women. The government claims that this will help rural and urban women to start employment and small enterprises.
