Ram Manohar Sharma alias Ganesh Sharma was shot dead by miscreants on Friday (September 26, 2025) in Sitamarhi. This incident is from Lagma village of Dumra police station area. Ram Manohar Sharma was sitting at the door of his house in the morning. Meanwhile, two crooks arrived from the bike and shot them.

It is said that the bullet hit the head and Ram Manohar Sharma died on the spot. Although people immediately took him to Sadar Hospital, but the doctor declared him dead. The deceased Ram Manohar Sharma was the former District President of Brahmarshi Sena. Was belonged to a happy and reputed family.

Thousands of people reached outside their house after the incident. Police also reached the spot. The villagers showed anger towards the police. People immediately blocked the road. Started performing. Meanwhile, Sadar SDPO-1 Rajiv Kumar arrived. The mob attacked the police. Angry people broke the glass of SDPO vehicle.

Complaint was made to police regarding untoward incident

The crowd was so angry that nothing was ready to hear. Seeing the anger of the people, the SDPO and their bodyguard had to save their lives by hiding in a hotel. It has been told that Ram Manohar Sharma had informed the police in writing about the possible untoward incident with him a week ago, but the police did nothing. This is the reason that he was murdered today.

After the incident, people refused to conduct a post -mortem of the dead body. Angry people were adamant on arresting the culprits immediately and compensation to the victim’s family. The statement did not come from the administrative level until the news was written. The police was busy resolving the case. After the incident, the family is crying in a bad state.
