Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd’s Initial Public Offering Received an overwhelming investor responsible with the issue being overSUSUSUSUSUBSCRIBED NIEARLY NINE Times by Mid-DAY on Day. The IPO, in the ₹ 333-351 price band, closes today. It has attracted Total Bids Worth ₹ 726.77 Crore, Against the offred size of ₹ 80.93 Crore.

Retail Investors Showed The Strongest Appitite, subscribing to their allocated portion 23.9 times, Followed by non-institutional investors at 16.93 Times Over-SUBSCRIPTION. The High Networth Individuals Category, with Bid Amounts Between ₹ 2-10 Lakh, was oversubscribed 22.58 times, while there bidding about ₹ 10 Lakh Saw 14.11 Times SUBSCRIPTION.

However, Qualified Institutional Buyers Remained Subdued, with only 3 per cent of their allocated portion being subscribed as of no. Foreign Institutional Investors has not participated, while domestic financial institutions bid for 8,148 shares, and mutual funds for just 588 shares.

The solar energy solutions company is offering 80.93 lakh shares with a face value of ₹ 5 Each. The issue is Managed by Nuvama Wealth Management and SBI Capital Markets as the Book-Running Lead Manners, with Mufg Intime India serving as the registrar.
