Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday reviewed 8 important infrastructure projects with a cumulative investment of Rs 65 thousand crore in 15 states and said that they should be completed on time. Modi said that the delay in implementation leads to double cost. Often the expenditure of the project increases and citizens are deprived of timely access to essential services and infrastructure. He emphasized the clear deadline and early solution to obstacles.
