After the information, the police reached the spot and took the body of Yogesh and sent it for postmortem and on the basis of the names mentioned, Swati’s father Sobhraj and two brothers Gaurav and Kapil filed a case of murder of Yogesh.

But during the police investigation, Manoj and Manjeet were caught in an encounter with the police miscreants, then they confessed to the murder of Yogesh and the entire conspiracy of Swati and Manoj was exposed. Now these vicious girlfriends and his companions have come under police custody.

According to the police, to carry out the plan, Manoj made his friend and relative Mamare Bhai Manjeet a pawn, Manoj and Manjit (late evening of 17 and 18 September), outside the village, reached the Gangan river ghat in Mudha Tehia, outside the village, both of them started waiting for a passer. His intention was to kill any person who is a resident of Gratha village so that he can easily accuse Swati’s family.

Unfortunately, Painter Yogesh Kumar, a resident of Garetha, was passing through there. Yogesh had no dispute or enmity with anyone. Manoj and Manjit stopped Yogesh and drank him with drugs in alcohol and brutally crushed him with bricks and brutally murdered him.

After the murder of Yogesh, Manoj called the police from Yogesh’s mobile and said that Swati’s brother Gaurav, Kapil and Sobhraj, who live in the village, are beating him. All this was part of the conspiracy to trap Swati’s family.

Police registered a case

The police registered a case against Swati’s father and brother in this case. But the police came to know from the evidence and electronic surveillance found from the spot that the three people who have been accused.

He was not involved in the incident, so the police extended the scope of their investigation and after the arrest of the real crime Manoj and Manjeet in the encounter on the night of the night (21 September), the police have also arrested Swati, the master mind of the entire conspiracy.
