Under the ‘Bihar Adhikar Yatra’, on Friday (September 19, 2025), Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav reached Supaul market of Darbhanga. Here the workers of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) stopped their chariot (van) and started shouting slogans. The workers demanded that AIMIM be included in the Grand Alliance.

Earlier, on the third day of the yatra on Thursday night, Tejashwi also faced opposition in Jhitkia under Sinheshwar block of Madhepura district. When his journey was moving from Sineshwar towards Madhepura, a large number of local Muslim youths came out on the road and started shouting slogans of ‘not alliance no vote’. The youth demanded that if the RJD does not give them a share in politics in proportion to the population of Muslims, then they will not vote.

Today was the fourth day of journey

Friday was the fourth day of Tejashwi Yadav’s ‘Bihar Adhikar Yatra’. During this time he reached Saharsa from Madhepura, where he addressed the public at three places. In his speech, Tejashwi made Bihar’s biggest problems migrating and unemployment an issue.

Khatara government is no longer going to run: Tejashwi

He said that even today millions of Bihari youth have to go away from their home in search of employment. This situation states that good governance in the state has completely failed. Tejashwi lashed out at Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and said that now he is in unconscious state and the ability to handle Bihar is not left in him. He appealed to the youth that Bihar now needs a young Chief Minister, because the Khatara government is no longer going to run.

Tejashwi assured the unemployed youth that if they get a chance, the one who will have a degree will be given a job. At the same time, he also hit a sharp attack on corruption. He said that no work is being done in Bihar without giving bribe and this situation is very humiliating for the common people. He promised the public that this situation would be changed in his government.
