Devendra Fadnavis Sarkar has constituted a ministerial committee for Simhastha Mahakumbh to be held in Nashik, Maharashtra. The Maharashtra government has formed a committee of seven ministers of the state government for the Mahakumbh to be held in 2027 – 28, BJP leader and minister Girish Mahajan has been made the Kumbh Mela Minister and head of the committee.

Preparations for Simhastha Kumbh in Nashik

Preparations have also been started for Simhastha Kumbh to be held in Nashik, Maharashtra since the end of Mahakumbh in Prayagraj. Around 25 officers from Maharashtra had been 4-5 days in Prayagraj during Mahakumbh, they will use the experiences taken from there in Nashik Kumbh. The state government is taking the preparations for Kumbh very seriously and is claiming that there is no shortage in the budget for this.

Special arrangements will be made at railway station, airport

A large crowd of devotees throngs Nashik Simhastha Kumbh. People take part in this holy fair. This time 12-14 crore devotees are expected to come in Simhastha Kumbh. Special arrangements will be made at the railway station. At the same time, arrangements will be made to land more flights at the airport. Apart from this, better arrangements will be made for parking of vehicles. Apart from this, a lot of focus will also be done on security arrangements.
