Benchmark Indices Posted Strong Gains, with the BSE Sensex Climbing 0.73 per cent or 594.95 points to Close at 82,380.69 after Touching an intraday of 82,443.48. The nse nifty 50 surged 0.68 per cent or 169.90 points to settle at 25,239.10, decisively breaching the 25,200 mark. Investor Sentiment was buoyed by optimism Around India-Race Talks and Expectations of a Us Fed Rate Cut.

Top Gainers

Kotak Mahindra Bank Led the Advances, RALYING 2.55 per cent to ₹ 2,021.40. L&T Followed With A 2.28 per cent Rise to ₹ 3,667.15.

M & M Gained 2.22 per cent to ₹ 3,607.55, while Maruti Suzuki Added 2.02 per cent to ₹ 15,571.35. Bharti Airtel Climbed 1.85 per cent to ₹ 1,939.85.

Top losers

Asian paints was the biggest loser, slipping 0.87 per cent to ₹ 2,480.50. Bajaj Finance Fell 0.69 per cent to ₹ 1,003.05. Hul Inched Down 0.03 per cent to ₹ 2,578.90.
