Team India New Sponsor: Team India’s jersey will now be named Apollo Tires, which will spend around Rs 4.5 crore per match for 130 matches by 2027. Sponsor became Apollo Tires instead of Mutbic Dream 11 of the report.

This sponsorship of Apollo Tires with the Indian team will run till 2027. It will include about 130 matches. According to the report by Timesofindia.com, Canva and JK Tire joined and bid in this process. Birla Optus Paints were also keen to invest but did not want to participate in the dialect. The bidding process for jersey sponsorship took place on 16 September.
BCCI on September 2 invited the bid for the expression of interest for the lead sponsor rights of the Indian team. In that release, the Indian Cricket Board made it clear that gaming, betting, crypto and tobacco brands were banned from bidding. Athlezer and sportswear manufacturer, banking, financial companies, non-recipient cold drinks, fans, mixer grinders, security locks and insurance companies were also not suitable for this.
After Dream 11 excluded, there was a need to search for a new sponsor immediately as the promotion and regulation of the government’s online gaming Act 2025 affected the brand and its operation on a large scale. The Indian cricket team is currently playing without jersey sponsor in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
