Krbl limited shares Tumbled Nearly 10 per cent on Monday morning, trading at ₹ 400.60 on the Nse at 11:43 AM, Down ₹ 43.50 from the Previous Close of ₹ 444.10. The stock opened at ₹ 406 and Hit a high of ₹ 413.90 before declining to a low of ₹ 387.10.

The sharp decline is followed the resignation of independent Director Anil Kumar Chaudhary, Who Cited Serious Corporate Governance Concerns in his Resignation Letter Dater Dater Dater Dater Dated September 8, 2025. Stock exchanges about the resignation on September 13.

Chaudhary stated he could no longer meaningfully contribute to the board’s functioning and found the prevailing dynamics inconsistent with effective governance princesses. He confirmed there was no material reasons for his resultation beyond these mentioned in his letter.
