The Board of Apollo Hospitals on Friday Approved The Execution of a Share Purchase Agreements to Acquire 30.58 per cent equity stake hand joint in its subsidiya, Apollo health and lifestyle Ltd (Ahl). The Total Purchase Consideration Comes to ₹ 1,254 Crore.
The transaction is Subject to Competition Commission of India Approvals. It is expected to be closed by November 2025 End. Upon Completion of the Proposed Acquisition, Ahl will become a 99.4 per cent subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals, with Balance Held Under Esop Pool, An Exchange Filing Said.
Ahl’s Principal Activities Include Operation of Speciality Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Center, Sugar Clinics, Dental Clinics and Dialysis centers. The turnover of ahl for fy25 was ₹ 1,553 Crore on a consolidated Basis.

Oncology Center
Apollo also announced on Friday its plans to set up a 100-based comprehensive oncology center at gurugram, integrating its advanced Next-Generation Proton Therapy System At Ann Investment of ₹ 573 Crway. The center will be set up as part of the phase 2 expansion of its upcoming 500 -band hospital in Gurugram. Phase 1 at Gurugram is to be commissioned by the end q4 fy25 / Q1 fy26, while the proton & integrated cancer center will follow, with completes Targeted Over the Next Four Yaars.
This will be Apollo’s Third Proton Therapy Installation in India after Chennai and Hyderabad.
