Moto Z Play Review

Motorola Moto X Play ,Review) Was proved to be a great phone of his time. And today, Lenovo’s Z Series smartphone Moto Z Play is once again making headlines there. The Moto Z series is the company’s new flagship range and has replaced the X series model. However, Lenovo claims that Moto X series is not over But it is not yet clear that Lenollo’s premiere tire smartphones will now be introduced under the Moto Z Range.

Accordingly, the Moto Z Play smartphone can be called the replacement of the Moto X Play. With this phone we got a chance to spend some time in IFA event this year and Ah this phone Has been launched in India. Now it has to be seen how this phone competes in the market.

Moto Z Play Design and Texture
Moto Z Play smartphone z series Moto Z There is no slim like phone. But really this is a good thing. We would suggest to take a smartphone that is more secure and can fit easily in your pocket. And being fat means that while holding in the hand and typing, its grip is good in the hands. However, we had some problems with the length of the phone because it is not easy to keep it fit out of most pockets. The phone feels without cover with a styling shell back cover and due to glass rear cover, the phone slips too much from the hand. A styling shell also comes with the phone.

Moto Z Play gives a feeling like an aluminum body. The build quality of the phone is very good. We liked the Moto X design a lot but the design of Z Play is also not bad. The buttons given in the phone run well but feel a little smaller. Lenovo has tried to differentiate between the second button and power button but would have been good if they had given them in another place or in different size.

At the top is a SIM tray and users can use two nano SIMs and a microSD card up to 2 TB. The phone has a USB Type-C port at the bottom and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has a 16-megapixel rear camera with a laser autofocus sensor and dual-tone LED flash module on the rear. To protect from scratch, the front lens is given with the styling shell. The phone does not have a speaker grill because the earpiece also acts like a loudspeaker.

The 5.5 inch Full HD Super AMOLED display provides vibrant color and sharp text. The phone can also be read well in sunlight. Apart from this, we did not have any problem in the touch of the phone and it works well. Android UI navigation is given onscreen buttons and is a fingerprint sensor just below the screen that can be used to lock or unlock the phone. The fingerprint sensor works well, although sometimes it fails to identify the fingerprint.

On purchasing the Moto Z Play, customers will get a USB Type-C cable, 15 watt wall charger, headset, SIM projector and a guidelines. The quality of the headset coming with the phone is not very good according to a premium smartphone and its quality could be better.

Moto Z Play Specification and Feature
Moto Z Play has Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor. The same processor is the same in the Asus Zenfone model including the recently reviewed Zenfone 3 (ZE 552 KL). We feel that nowadays most phones are easily found in the phone. But finally the number is more important than how the phone has been optimized. Although the processor given in Z Play is not as powerful as the Qualcomm flagship processor given in Moto Z, it can easily do multitasking.

3 GB RAM performs the performance from Moto Z Play software. Talking about statistics, Moto Z Play performs properly. The gaming performance in this smartphone is excellent and the phone works well.

Talking about the rest of the specification, the phone has 32 GB inbuilt storage, Bluetooth 4.0, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, NFC and USB OTG. Both SIM support 4G in slot. The phone does not have information about separate VoLTE support. Apart from this, there is no FM radio and the absence of Wi-Fi 802.11 AC is also disappointing.

Like Moto Z and other Moto smartphones, Android gives better experience. You can do multitasking in the phone without any smile. On average, 1.1 GB RAM remains empty all the time. Apart from the Moto Mods and Moto apps, Android Marshmallow works like another Nexus phone. Gesture based action can be done from the Moto app.

Moto action can be tolerated with hand gestures for operating camera, flash lights etc. The screen comes to the one handed mode when swipe from the bottom to the bottom. You can see the time at first glance from the Moto display and notifications are also available when the phone is in standby.

Moto Z Play Performance
It is difficult to complain about app performance in Moto’s premium smartphone and nothing has changed in Moto Z Play. The normal performance of the phone is sharp and this smartphone runs cool even during active ejies. Moto Z Play gets a little hot at the time of charging but the phone does not have overheating while playing the game and while using the camera. All the modes working with Moto Z also work with this phone. And it gives a feeling of expensive Moto Z.

The multimedia playback in the Moto Z Play is very good and the credit goes to the great display and good audio. Audio settings can be set separately for speakers and headphones. High-resolution videos and 4K video files are also well played. The sound is also good. The earpiece speaker has a good sound without any problem. The earpiece speaker gives great voice and there is no problem on high volumes either.

The Moto Z Play has a 16 -megapixel camera with PDAF and laser autofocus. In daylight, landscape photos are imprisoned with good detailing and color production. The focus in the phone is faster and although we sometimes had difficulty in locking the focus on the subject during the close-up shot.

Macro photos are very good. Detailing in landscape photographs decreases in low light. Overall, the pictures are good if you do not crop the photos too much. If you go to the settings and make a pro mode manually tweeted, then better results can come.

Video recording is very good during full HD and 4K. Slow motion videos recorded at 120 frames per second and 720 frames per second are also good. The camera app is basic but good photos are captured from professional and panorama like popular shooting mode. In good light, good selfie can be taken from the front camera and the front flash works well at night. The rear dual-tone flash performs good performance in a small room.

Battery Life is another feature of Moto Z who performs very well. The 3150 mAh battery supported our video loop test for 17 hours and 4 minutes. During normal use, gum can easily run the phone for one and a half days. Moto’s turbopower feature provides quick charging, causing the phone to charge up to 26 percent in half an hour.

Our decision
Moto Z Play smartphone with a price of Rs 24,999 OnePlus 3 Compete the phone. Apart from this, Asus Zenfone 3 and Honor 8 The smartphone is also a great all-rounder. Moto Z Play works well in every department and is a very good all-rounder. Talk about the price, then a more powerful processor could be used in this phone and the absence of Wi-Fi 802.11 AC is also a big flaw. Apart from this, it is also a bit heavy. However, for us the additional weight and thickness of the phone is not a problem, but for some people the length of the phone may be a problem.

Moto Z Play has a unique feature which is not in the second smartphone of this range and this is the support of Moto Mods. If you are thinking of investing money in this ecosystem, then it will be a great decision. And Moto Z Play is also not expensive.
