Lenovo Fab 2 Plus smartphone Xiaomi with a price of Rs 14,999 Me max ,Review) Will compete. This segment is the only smartphone with a similar feature.

But Mi Max smartphone is out of stock almost everywhere. So has Lenovo introduced the option for this smartphone? Know in review.

Lenovo Fab 2 Plus Design and Texture
This phone of Lenovo is made of metal unibody and has a curved gorilla glass on the front. Fab 2 Plus is a big smartphone. Lenovo has tried well to shorten its size by giving a thin bezel and because of this there is no empty space under and above the display. But still both hands are required to use the phone. The phone has a one-handed mode, but for better access, the numeric pin keypad and dialpad of lockscreen can be shifted. But the entire screen is not shrink.

The phone has a 6.4 -inch full HD IPS panel and the screen has 344 PPI. The text looks sharp on the display and the icons on the four sides look clean. The color reproduction is extremely good and the Lenovo Fab 2 Plus can also be read clearly in sunlight. However, at times the ambient light sensor works quite slow. Touch response is also sometimes low.

The Fab 2 Plus has a backlit capacitive navigation buttons at the bottom while there is a notification LED at the top. On the left side is a hybrid SIM tray i.e. you will get two SIM cards or a SIM card and a microSD card support. Volume and power buttons run easily and are given to the right side. The bottom is a mono speaker with a micro-USB port while a headphone is a headphone jack at the top.

The rear of Lenovo Fab 2 Plus is slightly folded, which makes it easily fit into the palm. There is a dual camera and fingerprint sensor on the rear. The fingerprint sensor works well and unlocks the phone rapidly. We never had any problem with the fingerprint. However, it can only be used to unlock the SIF phone and not to unlock the app and folder. A 10 watt charger, data cable, SIM ejector, guidelines manual and JBL earphones with Fab 2 Plus are available. The quality of accessory coming together is good, however, we found the length of the cable coming together.

The texture of Lenovo Fab 2 Plus is fantastic. Design is a bit common but the most strange is its size and weight. It is quite inconvenient to take the weight of 218 grams in your pocket everyday. It seems a bit difficult to use due to the size of the phone. But if you keep the phone in a handbag or backpack then this is not a problem. But keeping Fab 2 Plus in the pocket of the tusser seems to be a problem almost all the time.

Lenov Fab 2 Plus Specification and Feature
Talk about specification, Fab 2 Plus has everything that is expected from this segment smartphone. This phone has an octa-core MediaTek Processor (MT 8783), 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. It is worth noting that it is not a very well-known processor. And apart from this, due to eight ARM Cortex-A53 and 28 Nm fabrication process, it is not much different from the second MediaTek chip.

The rest of the phone’s specification is Bluetooth 4.0, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/AC, FM radio, GPS and USB OTG. The phone is also equipped with VoLTE besides supporting 4G for all Indian bands. The phone has Android Marshmallow based custom interface.

The setting app has a smart assist feature that provides controls such as one-handed mode and auto answer. Smart shortcuts give a floating menu to add app shortcuts. This phone of Lenovo consists of app pre-loaded apps like McFiF Security, Netflix and Swiftki. Apart from this, there are also apps like Lenovo laptops like sharekit, syncite, from which different cloud service is found in one place.

Lenovo Fab 2 Plus Performance
Samanya performance is good due to the Near-Stock Android version, but as soon as the app switching, the camera’s AR feature or anything related to the CPU starts, the performance starts getting messed up. At the time of camera use and multitasking, we saw problems in shutters. Apart from this, Lenovo Fab 2 Plus Vedio Plabac, camera starts to heat up when used or talk for a long time. This warmth can be felt near the edges and near the button and headphone jack and on the rear.

The situation is cleaned by the benchmark. Full HD gaming experience is not good due to weak graphics performance in the phone. Overall, this processor is weaker than Snapdragon 620 given in this price smartphone. Lenovo Fab 2 Plus was to be given a better processor.

Lenovo is telling Dolby Atmos Audio in the phone as the biggest feature of this smartphone. From an app, the sound profile can be customized according to different types of media in the phone. Atmos is a 360-degree sound that is not possible with a single speaker. However, the speaker of this phone is much faster than a single speaker smartphone and the sound is much better for games and other media. The audio of JBL’s earphones coming together is not very good. The video plays well in Fab 2 Plus and it also plays 1080 pixels videos easily.

The Lenovo Fab 2 Plus has a 13 -megapixel camera sensor that comes with laser auto focus and phase detection auto focus. Secondary camera is used for depth but we did not feel that it made any difference to the quality of the photographs. We tried to take clear and clear pictures with the help of both lenses but we did not see any difference. We will recommend you to use HDR mode for landscape photos in daylight. And without this the pictures look quite dull. Fab 2 Plus gives good detailing in the object located in the distant objects in photos but the macro shot is much better.

The camera focuses rapidly and autofocus also works rapidly with the video. However, we liked the tap-to-focus feature. Once the phone starts getting hot, the focus speed decreases and the app starts to disturb the app.

Focus manipulation does not work well. It also has an AR mode from which cats, dogs and other virtual elements can be added to a picture. However, this feature is not new and Sony has been giving it to its Xperia smartphone for years.

A maximum of 100 pixels video recording can be done from the phone. But Fab 2 Plus also has HDR recording alternative. We tested it in an HDRTV and saw that there is a slight difference in it and which looks clean. The video is a defailed record on Dolby 5.1 audio. A recorded sound is crisp due to three microphones. 8 megapixels of the front brings good selfie in daylight but cannot take a very good picture in artificial lights while the front flash also helps a lot.

In our HD video loop test, the phone battery lasted for 6 hours and 19 minutes. Our review unit worked for 13 hours at the time of general use. However, we reset the device and tested again, so we got a video of up to 8 hours for playback and about 16–18 hours of time. The 4050 mAh battery provides average battery life. We saw that the battery capacity is good for not using the phone at night, but it starts decreasing rapidly while using the camera or playing the game. The battery comes with fast charging but it takes more than 2 hours to charge the phone with a 10 watt charger.

Our decision
Fab 2 Plus is a good phone, it has a big screen to see fantastic media. But in our eyes, due to some bad elections, this phone gets slightly different from Xiaomi’s Mi Max smartphone.

The phone’s texture, display, software audio quality is good. There is no need for dual camera setup and other features also do not look very good. But the pictures taken from the camera are not very bad, especially macro shot. Apart from this, we also liked HDR video recording in the phone. But this type of phone should have a good processor and Lenovo has given an weak processor for the Augmented reality app, graphics games and multitasking. Fab 2 plus heats up very quickly which is quite strange. We expected to get a long battery life in the phone but the battery life in our Test was average.

Our advice is that only the user will buy this heavy weight phone who consumes the pile abstract data. Otherwise, Xiaomi Mi Max is a better option due to more thin and brilliant battery life. If you do not want a big screen and only need a good all -rounder phone that Moto G4 Plus ,Review) And Lenovo Zook Z1 ,Review) This segment has better options.
