Shiv Nadar, chairman of the country’s big IT company HCL Technologies, has left his post. His daughter Roshni Nadar Malhotra has become the new chairman of the company with immediate effect.

Now his daughter Roshni Nadar Malhotra will take over the post of chairman. However, Shiva will continue in the post of Managing Director of Nadar Company. His post will be of the Chief Strategy Officer.
Nadar said, We are living in a period where institutions and people around the world are facing all the challenges. However, this has also led to a boost to business because the difficult period encourages new changes in business. HCL, along with its partners, is helping the customers to get into the new environment because this is now new normal.

Shiv Nadar, the legend of the technology sector and the country’s big industrialist, was born on 14 July 1945. Due to Shiva Nadar coming from a small village in South India, India has made its place in the field of information technology and computer science today. He is from Tamil Nadu and belongs to Hinduism. He is the founder (founder) and chairman (president) of HCL Technology. HCL is famous for its information technology services.
His career started in Pune where he became part of the Walchand Group of Engineering. After getting some experience of running a business, he decided to leave it and start his business. Company started quitting private jobs- Together with five friends started a company called ‘Micromp Limited’. His company formed in 1976 used to sell TeleDigital Calculator. Shiv Nadar had told in an interview, ‘The first person I met there, Arjun was there. That too was a management trainee like me. We became good friends and are till date. After this, both of us added people of our kind working in DCM and started working together.

Soon this company was named Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL) and started making computers. On seeing this, this company of India became a well-known brand worldwide.
In 1980, he entered the international market by establishing ‘for East Computers’ to sell IT hardware in Singapore. Earlier in the year, he earned an income of about 10 lakh rupees.
