New Delhi. It is said that talent is not fascinated by anyone. She makes her own way. One such story is of Kajal Prakash Rajvaidya, born in Akola, a small town in Maharashtra. Clating with all the conflicts, obstacles and havoc, at the age of just 21, in 2015, Kajal established the company ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solutions’. Through innovation, Kajal’s company is now teaching technology like robotics, automation to students in the country’s renowned school-colleges and institutions.
Kajal says that she had no business experience. The father used to run a Pantela. Father wanted to teach children a lot. But there was insistence on studies, so after teaching in the school of Zilla Parishad till the fourth class, he was admitted to Manutai Kanya Shala, four kilometer away. Fees are not charged from girls here. Kajal had to go on foot every day to come and go to school. There was not much income, so there was a time when he had to work as a private bank’s recurring agent.

Doordarshan’s robot show becomes the turning point of life
The turning point of Kajal’s life came when he saw a show related to robot on Doordarshan. What was it then Kajal also set a target of making robots. Kajal got admission in electronics in polytechnic and started fulfilling the robot’s target. During this time his family got into crisis. The father became unemployed. There was no ability to pay polytechnic fees. Nevertheless, the father arranged for a loan and enrolled in engineering college. Then Kajal prepared syllabus for new technology and went to the colleges of Pune and shared it with the students. Failure here was handed over but did not give up. After returning to Akola, somehow started to spend her expenses from sporadic works. Along with this, in the remaining time from coaching etc., she continued to learn robotics through the Internet. After some time, she went to primary schools and started taking robotics workshops of fifth class children. From here, Kajal started the kits company and started trying her hand in business.

Kajal’s company has clients of his company till Yemen, Singapore, America. Gives children in various software based service including robotic, automation, biomedical instruments. It also provides service of electronic goods. When the national robotics competition took place in Mumbai, no one believed their success to see the students of ‘Kajal Innovation and Technical Solutions Kits’ winning the students of big English medium schools. Now these girls are preparing to represent India in America, with Kajal. He has received ITE’s Best Entrepreneur Award, USA’s Times Research Award and Startup India’s Agriculture Innovation Award. His company is one of the largest technical-professional skill development centers in Maharashtra. His company has trained one of the twenty techno-commercial professional in every twenty of the country.
