Started working for garbage pickers to get new in life
Seeing the plight of garbage pickers, she decided that she would do something to improve her life. Therefore, started a social enterprise under which the garbage was collected from the garbage and decided to make a world-level handbags from it. He had no plan to enter the business nor to do social service. With the aim of doing something new in life, he started working for garbage pickers.

NGO ‘Conservative India’ started collecting garbage
One day Anita, along with some friends and family members, decided to take some small projects in her area. He started an NGO ‘Conservative India’ and started collecting garbage from all over the area under this project. The waste of the kitchen was kept from the garbage collected and kept in a nearby park to make manure. In the beginning, he realized that nothing would be achieved alone, so Anita also asked for another colony. His start was not to make money.

Work started with Resident Welfare Association with 3000 people
NGO Kanjarv India started the Resident Welfare Association with around 3000 people. The association became a full -time commitment organization in 2002, which had its own rights. Four years Anita worked with the garbage pickers and realized that her standard of living is even below the level of poverty. She decided that she would work to improve the standard of living of garbage pickers. He got information on recycling technology from the Internet and tried to do different things.

First he worked for weaving and made carpets
First he worked as weaving and made carpets. But these products looked very simple to see, hard work was too and was not financially practical and it was also difficult to sell them. Then he decided to develop plastic bags and this work went on well. She thought that first she would do artwork in plastic bags and then will put her exhibition and then go and try to increase the money. Her husband realized that this plan of Anita would not work. Shalabh made a large -scale plastic sheets by the machine. Through the automatic machine, he would make artwork in it and then put them in the exhibition.
Order of 30 lakhs found in a small booth
In 2003, Kanjarv India took part in the trade fair of Pragati Maidan. The Textile Ministry gave him a small booth and he got an order of 30 lakhs in it. Anita and Shalabh decided that they would owe the company as the buyers were not willing to take orders directly from the NGOs. For plastic waste, garbage pickers had to take garbage from house to house, but it was rarely in proportion and then special colored plastic was required to make the product. For this, he contacted the junk people and started ordering plastic waste directly from the industry. Gradually, Kanjarv India became a brand. By the year 2020, turn-over reached 100 crores.
