The machine made by IIT Kanpur from ENCUBATED E-Pani Cartz Company (E Panipuri Cartz) is priced at three thousand rupees. Apart from this machine, the company also makes modern waterproof carts. According to the company’s website, the carts made by it are automatic and in the process of making Golgappe, the touch of hands does not occur in any material.

Mobile app operates
Harish, the founder of E-Pani Cartz, a resident of Bihar, is an alumnus of IIT. He says that Golgappa is the highest consumption in street food. That is why he thought of making this machine. He incubated his idea in 2021 from IIT Kanpur. IIT Kanpur has prepared this machine with the help of Internet of Things and Cloud Server. This machine can be operated from anywhere with the help of a mobile app. Apart from this, it can also be operated manually. The machine can not only be done on-off from mobile, but also cleaning the cooling level of cleaning and store Golgappe water.

Water fills with the help of sensor
The sensor has been used in the machine to fill water in Golgappe. Water starts filling as soon as Golgappa is taken under the machine. The machine automatically stops pouring water. The amount of water in Golgappe can also be set with the help of the app. Due to this neither one has to put hands in water nor waste water. The portable machine is worth three thousand rupees.
