
Yashtej Industries (India) Ltd has successfully commenced operations of its 5 MW solar power project, which has started generating revenue from March 7. The Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) will purchase the electricity generated from the project, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) executed by the company and MSEDCL.
Omnitech Engineering Limited has entered a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) with Weatherford Products GmbH, establishing a 5-year framework for product supply beginning March 11. The international agreement carries an approximate annual value of $2,01,04,120 plus GST (around ₹184 crore), totaling nearly ₹920 crore over five years subject to terms. Auto major Ashok Leyland on Wednesday announced the ground-breaking of a greenfield battery pack manufacturing facility at Pillaipakkam near Chennai. The project would incur an investment of ₹400-500 crore, and is part of the investments from the Hinduja Group as per an earlier MoU signed in September 2025.

The domestic contract is valued at ₹69.92 lakh. The project execution is tentatively scheduled for completion by April 2026, with no promoter, promoter group, or group company interests in the awarding entity, confirming it falls outside related party transactions. Samvardhana Motherson International has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to purchase a 100 per cent stake in Yutaka Autoparts India. As stated earlier in August 2025, the company was planning to acquire, through its subsidiary Motherson Global Investments BV, an 81 per cent equity stake in Yutaka Giken Co Ltd and an 11 per cent stake in Shinnichi Kogyo. Yutaka Giken holds a 62 percent stake in Shinnichi Kogyo. The company, through its subsidiary, has completed a tender offer to acquire additional shares in Japanese automotive components maker Yutaka Giken Co Ltd.
Vascon Engineers has received an order worth ₹115.9 crore from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for the development of Lotus Park. The work has to be completed within 24 months from the date of issue of the work order.
