BC Bhartia, National President of Confederation of All India Traders (CAT), the largest organization of traders of the country, and National General Secretary Praveen Khandelwal, said, Shipraket had conducted a survey among 40816 traders in various states of the country between 1 September to 30 September. It has been revealed in the survey that a new market is developing rapidly in the country through social media. According to the survey, about 17.96 percent of the new traders are using social media for business. Whereas 35.19 percent of businessmen already doing business are using the online website. On the other hand, only 12.04 percent of the new traders are doing business through offline market.
