Haryana News: Opposition to the atrocities on Hindus is increasing in Bangladesh. Protests are being held by various organizations in India against the caretaker government of Bangladesh. On Tuesday, various Hindu organizations showed solidarity in the Rose Garden of Charkhi Dadri. The protesters decided to march from Rose Garden to the Secretariat. The protesters reached the Secretariat shouting slogans as part of the anger march.
Various organizations including sages, saints and women participated in the protest against the incident in Bangladesh. The workers submitted a memorandum to DDPO Ravindra Dalal in the name of the President, Prime Minister, Governor, Chief Minister and Bangladesh Embassy. In the neighboring country of Bangladesh, on August 5, 2024, the democratically elected government was ousted from power by anti-social elements and fundamentalists. Sheikh Hasina had to leave Bangladesh and take refuge in another country.
Case of atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh
The protesters said that the movement that started in the name of reservation in Bangladesh went into the hands of fundamentalists. Riots were instigated in the name of religion. Violent action took place against minority Buddhists, Jains, Sikhs, Christians and Hindus. He said that the attack on minorities in Bangladesh is a violation of religious freedom and fundamental rights. Activists of Hindu organizations said that the incident in Bangladesh has become a human tragedy. Hindus were especially targeted in the riots. The caretaker government has proved unsuccessful in providing security to the minorities.
Rage march of Hindu organizations to the secretariat
He said that looking at the disturbance it seems that the administration of Bangladesh is in the hands of fundamentalists. Instead of providing security to minorities, the army and police appear to be allies of radicals. Women are being mistreated in Bangladesh. Religious places of Hindus are being targeted. The protesters demanded security for minorities in Bangladesh through a memorandum.
